A George III elm winged settle with panelled back, shaped sides, canopy top and sled feet. The oak seat board is probably an old replacement. Lovely untouched colour with the honey coloured elm showing through the dark patination caused by smoke and age. Circa 1770. 50 inches wide x 21 inches deep x 60 inches high.
