BADA FINE ART AND ANTIQUES FAIR 2010

This year's BADA Fair runs from the 17th - 23rd March and takes place as usual at the Duke of York Square, off Sloane Square, London. This will be the fifteenth year that I have exhibited at the fair and this year I have changed my stand position from C16 to C18. It is the same place as before - come in the main entrance and turn left, but instead if being in the corner I will be just beyond it. This will give me a much longer stand which should help visitors to see what I have to offer. My Christmas Exhibition was very successful and I am currently seeking out new stock, which is not easy. However, I will have an interesting collection of elm furniture. Elm is one of my favourite woods as it is often a lovely colour, particularly if one can find pieces with burr. I have a very attractive elm tavern table together with a set of six Hepplewhite style chairs, a sidetable with wonderful figuring to the top, a very small burr elm stool and a standing corner cupboard. Of course there will also be a broad selection of early oak including this stunning Henry VIII period linenfold chest. Works of art will include some interesting early carvings and some good English delftware including a very large early 18th century possett pot and cover in superb condition and a rare Charles II wet drug jar. If you are not on my mailing list and would a ticket for the fair, please contact me via email. I look forward to seeing you there in March.
