Dating from the middle of the 17th century, this oak gateleg table is very heavily constructed with 1 1/4 inch thick top, bobbin turned legs and stretchers and original toes. Superb rich dark colour and patination and in untouched condition. Acquired by the previous owners from Bretts of Norwich at The Grosvenor House Antiques Fair in the early 1970s. 53 inches x 65 inches extended x 31 inches high.
