A rare set of six late Georgian Windsor chairs in well patinated yew wood with urn shape fretted splats and superbly figured elm seats. Thames Valley, probably Buckinghamshire. See "The English Regional Chair" by Bernard Cotton pages 61 and 62 for chairs with similar splats. They would be perfect with either a small farmhouse or gateleg table.
