A George II wing back armchair of compact proportions that would make a perfect bedroom or cottage armchair. The chair has good shape to he wings and the scrolled arms and it stands on walnut cabriole front legs with ball and claw feet and swept back legs. It has early brass casters but these could be removed. The chair stands 44 inches high and is 26 1/2 inches across the arms. Circa 1730. The price includes reupholstering in the buyer's own material.
